Dr. Anna von Platen

Dr. Anna von Platen has over 15 years of experience as a plastic surgeon and is specialized in both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. She has extensive expertise in breast surgery, including breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reconstruction, and correction of previous breast procedures. Dr. von Platen also performs intimate surgery and eyelid surgery (both upper and lower eyelids), as well as body contouring procedures such as abdominoplasty and liposuction.

She studied medicine at Karolinska Institutet and became a licensed physician in 2008. After working in general and transplant surgery, she completed her specialist training in plastic surgery at Uppsala University Hospital. She later pursued advanced training in breast reconstruction at the University of Toronto, Canada.

Dr. von Platen has previously served as Associate Chief Consultant at Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, specializing in breast reconstruction. She has many years of experience in both advanced reconstructive plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures. She has also worked at Proforma Clinic. Anna regularly attends plastic surgery courses and conferences to stay current in her field. She holds a PhD from Karolinska Institutet.
