Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is a condition where men develop breast gland tissue. There are several causes for this, such as hormonal changes, genetics, medications, or weight gain. Gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction) reduces the amount of breast tissue and sometimes also excess skin. The procedure usually involves a combination of liposuction and removal of glandular tissue. Incisions are typically hidden around the areola, and the result is a flatter, more masculine chest.
Liposuction
Liposuction removes localized fat from specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen or love handles. However, it is not a method for general weight loss, and the best results are achieved in patients who have reached or are close to their ideal body weight. Using advanced liposuction techniques, unwanted fat is removed, sculpting the body’s shape. At the Aesthetic Institute, we use the latest and most effective liposuction method, called PAL (Power Assisted Liposuction).
Facelift
Wrinkles and fine lines are part of the natural aging process and occur as the skin loses elasticity. A facelift is a surgical procedure that smooths the skin on the face and neck while tightening the underlying tissues to restore a more youthful appearance. Unlike laser treatments or injectables, a facelift addresses deeper facial structures and removes excess skin. This results in a rejuvenated look, a more defined jawline, fewer wrinkles, and better cheekbone definition. A facelift can be effectively combined with other subtle procedures such as fat grafting, eyelid surgery, or facial implants.
Facial Implants
To achieve a well-balanced and harmonious facial structure, we offer the latest options in facial implants at the Aesthetic Institute. The most common implant placements are the chin, jaw angle, and cheekbones. Using 3D simulation, you can preview expected results before surgery. The implants, typically made of silicone, are inserted through small incisions either in the skin or inside the mouth. Facial implants can also be combined with a facelift.
Eyelid Surgery
Wrinkles and excess skin around the eyes are a natural part of aging. The fat pads beneath the eyes also diminish over time, which can make you look tired. Eyelid surgery is one of the most common plastic surgeries and leaves very discreet, barely visible scars. There are various surgical techniques used in eyelid surgery, all aimed at removing excess skin and redistributing underlying tissue and fat to create a more youthful and refreshed appearance.
Otoplasty (Ear Surgery)
Protruding ears are relatively common and often caused by the absence of one of the natural ear folds (the antihelical fold) or an overly deep ear cup (concha). Both conditions can be corrected through ear surgery, resulting in less prominent ears that better harmonize with the face. The procedure is typically performed through incisions on the back of the ear, making scars virtually invisible.
Buccal Fat Pad Removal
Buccal fat pad removal (also known as buccal fat removal or bichectomy) has become increasingly popular among men in recent years. To create more sculpted and defined facial features, the fat pad in the cheek can be removed. The procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia. Through a small incision inside the mouth, the cheek fat pad is removed, enhancing the cheekbones and jawline. Buccal fat pad removal can also be combined with other procedures, such as double chin liposuction.
