Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
As we age, excess skin and fat loss around the eyes can make us look tired. Eyelid surgery is one of the most common facial procedures and leaves minimal, barely noticeable scarring. Techniques vary depending on your anatomy and goals, but the aim is always to remove excess skin and redistribute tissue to restore a more refreshed and youthful appearance.
Brow Lift & Forehead Lift
With age, the forehead may develop excess skin, and the brows can begin to droop. A brow lift repositions tissue rather than removing it, resulting in a softer, more youthful look. The procedure is typically performed endoscopically — using keyhole techniques through small incisions in the scalp — leaving no visible scars on the forehead or face. Brow lifts can be combined with upper eyelid surgery when needed.
Chin Augmentation
A small or recessed chin can affect overall facial harmony and also impact the appearance of the neck. Chin augmentation involves placing an implant through a small incision beneath the chin to create lasting, balanced contour. Sometimes fillers are used to simulate the effect of surgery, but these are temporary and less voluminous. Lip Lift
For patients concerned about a long upper lip — often paired with a thin lip — a lip lift can create better facial balance. This involves removing a small strip of skin beneath the nose (called a bullhorn lip lift), shortening the upper lip, tightening underlying tissue, and enhancing the appearance of the upper lip. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia.
Buccal Fat Removal
Buccal fat removal (also known as bichectomy) has become increasingly popular in recent years. Performed under local anesthesia, this procedure removes the buccal fat pad through a small incision inside the mouth. The result is a more sculpted, contoured face with enhanced cheekbone and jawline definition. It can also be combined with other procedures like double chin liposuction.
Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)
The nose plays a central role in facial appearance — but often, we prefer it to blend in rather than stand out. Rhinoplasty is the surgical reshaping of the nose to improve or refine its form. It may involve just the nasal tip (cartilage) or a more extensive reconstruction including nasal bone and septum. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia or general anesthesia depending on its complexity.
