3D Simulation Always Included
When you book a consultation with us, it always includes a 3D simulation that lets you preview the expected outcome of your surgery. You’ll see how different results can be achieved based on implant choice and surgical technique. Our plastic surgeons will guide you through the options to help you make informed decisions.
Breast Augmentation with Implants
Breast augmentation is performed to increase breast volume or restore shape and fullness, often after pregnancy or breastfeeding. It can also correct asymmetry or address congenital conditions.
Augmentation can be done using your own fat or with implants. When choosing implants, there are many shapes and sizes available to help create the desired look.
Estetiska Institutet exclusively uses breast implants that meet the highest medical safety standards. Our implants are CE-marked and/or FDA-approved. In addition to our expertise, we use 3D simulation to support your decision-making. This surgery is always performed under general anesthesia.

EI Breast Boost
We now offer EI Breast Boost – a groundbreaking technique and a new type of breast augmentation. This option provides subtle results with fast recovery and is ideal for women seeking a modest enhancement who have not undergone previous breast surgeries.
How It Works:
EI Breast Boost involves placing the implant in front of the chest muscle and can be performed under local anesthesia, reducing risk and recovery time. It focuses on smaller implants for a natural, refined result.
Unlike traditional procedures, no general anesthesia is required, making it less invasive with significantly shorter downtime.
With EI Breast Boost, you’ll achieve an elegant and natural enhancement with minimal disruption to your daily life – perfect for those seeking a subtle change.
Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer
This method uses your own fat to achieve natural breast enhancement without implants. It may require multiple sessions to reach the desired volume, depending on the amount of fat available in other areas of the body. This surgery is always performed under general anesthesia.
Hybrid Breast Augmentation
This technique combines implants with fat transfer to create a fuller, more natural breast shape and feel using smaller implants.
Implants are placed as in a traditional augmentation. Fat is then harvested from areas such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs, processed, and injected into the breasts. This surgery is always performed under general anesthesia.
Breast Lift
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and weight loss can cause the skin to lose elasticity, resulting in sagging breasts. A breast lift restores a more youthful shape.
Different surgical techniques are used depending on the degree of sagging. A lift can be combined with implants to increase volume and firmness. In mild cases, an implant alone may achieve the desired lift. Surgery is always performed under general anesthesia.

Breast Augmentation with Lift
Breast shape changes throughout life, particularly after pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight loss. A combined lift and augmentation can create a fuller, rejuvenated appearance.
An implant is placed either in front of or behind the chest muscle, and the nipple, areola, and breast tissue are lifted. Excess skin is removed. The procedure is always performed under general anesthesia.

Breast Reduction
Heavy and sagging breasts can cause discomfort, such as shoulder and neck pain, bra strap marks, and rashes under the breasts. A reduction reduces volume and weight while restoring a youthful shape.
The surgical approach is similar to a breast lift. The nipple and areola are repositioned, and excess tissue and skin are removed. Areola size is also adjusted if needed. Surgery is always performed under general anesthesia.
Implant Exchange or Removal
Implant exchange is typically done to increase or decrease breast volume. Over time, aging or body changes may affect previous results, and an exchange – with or without a lift – may improve the overall appearance. Surgery is always performed under general anesthesia.
Implant removal may be desired due to heaviness, shape concerns, or discomfort. Existing scars are often used for removal. The capsule around the implant is assessed, and the procedure is performed under general anesthesia. Full capsule removal is done if needed or requested.
Breast Reconstruction
Breast reconstruction aims to restore natural shape and volume after breast cancer surgery. Reconstruction can be done using implants, autologous tissue, or a combination. Each procedure is tailored to the patient’s specific needs and wishes.
